if there was an award for the most boring and unentertaining airport in the world, Langkawi International Airport would win it.
came back from Langkawi on monday night.
stayed at berjaya spa resort, in one of the chalets. we wanted the water chalets but they were all taken already. when we arrived on friday night, it was super super late already so we just went to bed. next day, lisa and i woke up at 12. mummy and gee-ee told us that the buffet breakfast was nothing great anyway. after getting up, all of us went to the beach, then to the swimming pool. drank coconuts, ate fries around the pool bar and just relaxed. later on at night we went into town to buy chocolates. had my pounding headache again but not as bad.
food in Langkawi is horrible. nothing compared to kl. haha made lisa and i homesick actually :p
on sunday mummy, gee-ee and i spent the day in the spa :) lisa and gee-tiao spent their day walking around and eating non-stop. yes, what else is new. and daddy spent his day watching cnn, i think.
on the last day, we went to mahathir's bread shop. ate lots of bread. then went on the cablecar which was terrifying for lisa and i. lisa's afraid of heights and i suspect i may be too and not to mention, i'm claustrophobic. but the view up there was amazing, truly :)
soon after we went to the airport and just sat at starbucks waiting for our flight. we were all so bored. mummy and i bought perfume. i got absolute givenchy and mummy got a brand which i dunno how to spell and pronounce :) i was so fickle minded on choosing which perfume, i think the sales lady will remember me if i went back there 3 months later :p
finally came home to good food and civilisation :) while i was there, many memories of platinum came back. i realised that the place i was staying at was where i went night fishing at. yeah, i could still remember which routes we took for iron man challenge and things like that. miss plat so much :( oh well, it was great while it lasted :)
woke up at 4 yesterday and slept at 3 last night. but hey, i got up at 1 today which is a huge improvement by my book :D
rach's sad i didnt take her to langkawi :( but don't worry, you didn't miss much :p hehe. and we still got our lil endearments and i still love you, rach! :D
i miss bitching with katt. hehe. hell, i miss katt man :(
i miss jas. the girl's so innocent it's so funny :p for example, she got an ipod from singapore but she doesnt know how to use it. hahahhaa.
oh, i've got a new series that i'm hooked onto: criminal minds. it's something like csi minus the forensic part. the cases are disturbing and disgusting but the show's awesome. hehe.
okay, i'm going to continue watching it. gosh, i'm turning into such a tv addict.
