I'm so dark!!!! :(

I used to be so fair and now I'm black :( I think very soon I'm going to be either Nur Vanessa binti Li Lianne or Vanessa Shanti A/P Sivagami. haha! sigh. msskl was on tuesday. we won both matches so we qualified for quarters the next day. because of that, we went on wednesday along with the under 15 team. however, we lost in semis but the under 15 team won championship :) proud of you guys!

because the under 15 team won and the under 18 team did quite well for new players, dr rizal treated us to chilis :) haha. shit happened after that but I won't get into that.

had sej test today, I think I'm going to flunk it and then I'll be so screwed :( oh well, what's done is done. met up with lisa and gee ee after school at decanter. somehow when we meet up it's always happy. happy's good. I need happy :)

I've got to study for pdgn and science now! sigh.... just watched rendition and now I'm watching gone baby gone. lol. going to start studying SOON, I hope. hehe.

HARIMAU WON SWIMMING GALA! :D

heh I think I lost my voice though :( after that I had netball training and because I didn't eat anything solid, I nearly vomited. sigh, thank god training was only for an hour.

oh, oh, oh AND there's this really really super fast russian swimmer from cheras campus who practically FLIES across the water. I am not exaggerating, he literally flies across. he's a national swimmer and I think he's one of the fastest swimmers in malaysia. fuiyoh! I'm in love...... well, with his swimming of course :p hehe. btw, his name is dimitri.



now I'm home, waiting for my hair treatment to be done. then I THINK I'm going to study. note how I capitalized the word 'think'? yeah, I probably won't :p

it's a holiday tmw and then I've got msskl on tuesday and hopefully wednesday if we qualify so I can skip the first day of exams :D

this is not my week. this is really not my week.

no matter how nice I try to be I still get snapped at. when you're angry at dad, you take your anger out on me. some days I can take it, some days I just can't and today is the perfect example of the days that I can't take it. just one thing will set me off and now I can't stop crying because of how you treat me. the whole fucking day you've been snappy and grumpy, but I just keep out of your way and not do anything to upset you. forget it, I'm too tired for all this shit.

I've been crying so much between yesterday and today.

I hope tomorrow will be a better day which doesn't end with me crying my eyes out.

if there was ever a hair-dropping disease, I think I have it :( I'm dead serious okay. today, I ran my hand through my hair softly and a few strands came out. okay, that wasn't so bad. then I ran my hand through again and yet another hew strands came out. I ran my hand through around 3 times and in all the 3 times, a few strands of hair came out. sigh, I don't know what's wrong. I don't want to be bald :(

had tech camp today. I didn't want to go to school at first but I had to in the end coz my mum wouldn't send me after school for netball. but tech camp wasn't that bad. it was a small and intimater group so in a way it was fun. I think we all had fun the most doing the imovie project. haha. that was fun :)

I haven't been studying. I should be but I'm just too lazy :(

valentine's day was yesterday but I am blogging about i now because I didn't have time last night.

V day was like any other normal day. well, except for the part where someone came into my class during physics to present me with a bouquet of roses complete with a sweet note and a dozen cupcakes to go along with it :D but the day was normal because we still had classes :(

mr sheat was very happy. so happy that he let us out early for break and that was the FIRST time he's ever done that. haha. just as he was walking out of the chem lab, he said: yes, I have plans tonight *smile* hahaha.. we then asked cik zakiah what her plans were that night and she said: I'm going to set your exams questions. HAHAHAHAHAHHA... lol.. I like cik zakiah and mr sheat :)

later on that day I found something else from quang in my bag :) lol.

today all the teachers were pms-ing. well, 2 anyway. first was ms kaniya who just suddenly started saying that she wanted to resign because some were busy looking at the calender and some were still talking. okay, I mean when you give someone something you'd expect them to have a look at it right?? and we weren't even talking. if you want to teach then ask everyone to quiet down then start. we weren't even talking loudly. then ms tye came in and she actually shooed ms kaniya out then she started scolding us for making a fuss about how we wanna learn ekons. omg, I swear..... okay, I won't say anything more.

had both netball and cheer after school. guess what I did? I ran from cheer to netball and from netball to cheer. lol. tmw I've got to go to cheras for swimming. I don't even feel like swimming but I kinda want to so I'm stuck...... :( anyway, jasmine's going to be there so I'll play badminton with her too :D

btw, she's now called water buffalo :p hehe in mandarin it is, sui niu :D

I clearly underestimated my uncle :)

here I am, prepared to be bored out of my mind and techonology deprived in my grandma's house BUT I'm surrounded by laptops that have wifi internet access. lol!

so yes, I can blog and chat :D

today I got to see all my relatives that I barely know or that I haven't seen in years. and I literally mean YEARS. the last they remember of me was when I was a little girl running around. haha.

this is their most common phrase,
relative: oh! is this vanessa????

and I go: yes, it's me *sweet smile*

then this is the next scenario:
relative: you're still eligable right?

vanessa: yes, I am. Thank you *sweet smile*

hahahahhaah. then I met my 20 year old nephew. and I thought John was old enough, crazy. lol. after the visitors left, I konked out. I don't know why I was so sleepy but I just collapsed on the bed. I think it was the wine last night. lol.

my dad and uncles are blaming each other about a piece of paper. i know, talk about grown men fighting over a piece of paper. haha my dad claimed to have put a piece of paper on the table and he's making a hell of a noise over it. so my 2nd uncles searching high and low for it. meanwhile, my youngest uncle quietly got up, went to the dustbin and picked up a crumpled piece of paper. when he gave it to my dad, both my dad and 2nd uncle glared at him. hahahahah. then the wives were complaining how they're very untidy and messy. and just when we were about to rule out that it runs in the family coz my aunty wasn't like that, her husband ratted out on her. so we came to a conclusion that it does run in the family :p hahahahha

oh and kendall's so cute. haha granted he doesn't exactly look like the prettiest dog now coz he has to wear a cover until his eye heals. but he's cute in a sense that he can't see properly and we constantly try to confuse him by calling his name from various places and the poor guy goes all over the place and he keeps knocking into people and furniture. lol. as for the dalmatian, he's not having the time of his life coz the fireworks scare him. sigh, such a big dog but no balls :p

Happy Chinese New Year in advance!!! :D

I'm flying off to penang tomorrow morning and I'll be staying there till sunday. my grandma's house isn't actually modernized so there's no wireless connection there. so I won't be blogging till I get back on sunday. haha.

went to kenneth's place today to just hang out. haha he's crippled and in crutches! :p hahahahha, damn funny but one thing I hate about it is that he treats everyone like a slave. yes, including me :( we watched rush hour 3, friends then played blackjack and poker. I didn't play coz mummy says I can't gamble :( heh. so I just sat and watched them play. I helped quang and aemilia in the end. hehe. apparently I'm quang's lucky charm. hahahahah.. it was fun :)

yay! I finished all my homework!!! :D hehe. but I have to bring up the valentine's day's hearts to penang to write the messages for CCB. hahaha but it's kinda fun though. not taxing at all.

okay, I'd better go to sleep now. gotta wake up at 6 tmw and it's already 1.30 in the morning.

I'm a geek. you know why? because it is currently 1.15 in the morning and i'm doing my karangan. sigh, well what can I say? once I'm in the mood to do my hw, I go all the way. but I'm taking a minute to blog now :D

spent the whole of yesterday at the salon with lisa straightening our hair. haha. it took us 5 hours to get it done. you must think we were bored out of our minds and yes you are right, we were bored to death. also coz it's nearing cny, a lot of people start showing up to do their hair so the salon was lacking of staff. but lisa and I, being the humble citizens of the country we always are, we waited patiently to get our hair done.

needless to say, the end result of our hair was FLAT. yes, our hair turned out flat. for those of you who have gone through the straightening process, it's supposed to be like that but the first initial 3 days are always horrifying. our hair was filled wit chemicals that lisa and I concluded that the chemicals must have seeped into our brain and killed our brain cells coz after that we were acting kinda weird but not in a bad way. haha.

today, jas came over to do 'homework' with me. hey, give us some credit, we did do homework but haha she only managed to finish bio and write one sentence of her essay while let's just say I was too lazy to do any homework.

had dinner with family and family's company at tgi fridays. brought back memories of when a surprise birthday party was held there for me 2 years ago. haha, good times :)

i'm gonna be stuck at home tomorrow, sadly and what's worse is I've got tuition at night for 2 straight hours. I honestly don't see the point in this tuition but I guess it's what's best for me. sigh.

this year, I'm finally going to penang before the 1st day of cny :D I can't remember when was the last time I went back before the 1st day of cny. I've always been going back either on the 1 st day itself or not go back at all, like last year when I went to japan. but this year, I'll be able to see all my relatives and of course, collect ANGPOWS :D hehe. I love my aunty, she's cooking asam laksa for me, preferably everyday but I doubt it :(

okay, I'd better finish my karangan off coz I don't wanna bring my hw along with me to penang. oh btw, I may be meeting up with jas there as well. haha maybe with keat and sp if they're there too. lol. oh and have fun at london katt. missing you :)
