29th March:

played volleyball and lost. haha. as for basketball they got 3rd. not what they expected but it's still alright. later on that night was yuen's birthday party at cineleisure, tony roma's. guess who was there? SANDRA CHONG :D hehehehhee. thank god nothing bad happened. all four of us, nikki, san, yuen and I were re-united in one row. they tried to make me do the animals sounds but i refused. hehe :p sorry yuen if you felt left out. we just didnt want you to be torn between entertaining your guests and us, you know? but we still love you deep deep :) I miss all 3 of them so much. I miss having fun, spending time, getting high on sweets with them. ultimately I just miss them :( anyway, here are the pictures!












30th March:

had lunch with lisa, gee ee, gee tiao, sa ee and sa tiao in the chinese restaurant in renaissance hotel. then we adjourned to the lounge for a bit of coffee. later in the evening I went to pavilion. went into juicy couture shop to look for ling's handbag which costs rm 1575. omg. i think it's better if you bought it there, ling. lol. tangs was having a huge sale with more reduction but the variety wasnt there. however, I did manage to buy a kipling handbag :p hehehehe.

31st March:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, YUEN! I messaged her at approximately 12.39 am on the morning of her birthday. or as so she said. didn't play any games for games carnival so I just went to show support. quang played water polo and he scored many :) unfortunately I fell sick. sigh. I guess all the sports and lack of sleep finally caught up with me. that night I slept at guess what time? NINE O'CLOCK. hahahhaha. first time in history for vanessa ho. I really needed the rest anyway. didn't go for tuition, instead I just lay on my couch, dead. my whole body just shut down.

1st April:

Happy April Fool's Day! :) woke up with a heavy head but still managed to drag myself out of bed to go to school. it took us one over hour to get the cheras and I had a softball match in the morning. thank god my match wasn't the first match. so I arrived at 8.15 am to find that the first match had not even started yet so I was safe. haha. our first match was against seladang and we won! they were apparently the stronger team but anyhow we won :) but min hua did great in both games :) as for our second game against beruang, we won as well which meant that we were champions! :D haha so happy! sadly though I didn't really get to bat coz everytime I step onto the base, the pitcher keeps giving me balls. as in it's his fault so if he throws 4 bad balls to me that I can't hit then I get to walk to the next base. for every inning I did that, except for the last one wear I finnally got to bat. lol. the team did great and so did quang :) handball boys harimau got 2nd and for girls we got 4th place but it's okay :) I've got to sleep early tonight. netball tomorrow. hopefully we'll do well :)

I am BLACK! I am so dark it's not funny anymore.

house deco was today at cheras. got there at around 7.58 am when I was supposed to be there at 7.30 am. haha. the competition started at 8.30 am right through 1.30pm. the sun was SCORCHING hot okay. plus I was out in the sun painting the gunney sacks. out theme this is year is horror but not in the haunted ghost or vampire kinda horror but more of the inner horror of people like the horror of students, the horror of parents and so on. we had ideas but it didn't really turn up well. like the walls didn't go up as planned so it was up to jun kit and I to twist it to convince the judges that it was done on purpose. in a way we did manage to do that but in the end we got 4th place. beruang got 1st, congrats to sean and aemilia :) helang 2nd and seladang 3rd. I think seladang's was nice. great work em and steph :)

tomorrow's another big day. playing volleyball and in between that I'm gonna be running up and down to watch basketball as well. haha.

crazy la. teacher alan wants ALL my hw tmw and I've hardly had time to do any coz of games carnival. but I managed to finish add math, mod math and accounts all in one night. plus I still have bm tuition hw to do by monday :( sigh.

yuen's party is tmw at tony roma's. san's going to be there :D but my mum doesnt know. I don't know what's going to happen. I hope nothing bad happens. I really hope not.....

I step into my front lobby. I turn on the lights, and there it is. standing there with the grandness it used to and still possesses............. my piano.

HAHA.

after god knows how many months of not touching my piano, I finally touched it last night. it all started when my dear cousin lisa whom I miss btw, texted me telling me to check this guy: kyle landry out on youtube. so having nothing to do except my bm tuition hw, I decided to check it out. it turns out kyle landry is a guy of not more than 17 years of age who can seriously play the piano. I am not joking. check him out on youtube and you'll see. his fingers practically fly all over the keyboard. my eyes hurt after a while coz I was concentrating too much on his fingers. anyway, my personal favourite is "the separation" and also his improvisation and version of "Geruda Valley".

seeing him play the piano made me wish I could play like that as well although I know it's not possible for me to EVER play like that :( so that got me to get up and play my piano. I still had not lost my touch just yet. I enjoyed playing it last night. today, min hua gave me the piano score for my favourite mandarin song and I am proud to announce that I managed to learn and play 1 and a half pages :D of course I have to keep practicing to maintain the song.

my mum asked me whether I was interested in continuing with music studies. I'm still thinking about it :)

I finally had a talk with mr sheat today. I wouldn't say that it was bad but it was bad enough. because the way he asked me whether was anyone or anything distracting me and he even asked me for all the sports that I was joining for games carnival and sports day. so basically I just need to study hard and work harder into improving my grades. which I fully intend to do. Yes, I Will.

now I'm tired but I know I'll just lay in bed and not fall asleep. I'll try anyway. nights :)

cheer's going on well, just need a lot more practices which will be after games carnival. today was honestly quite boring because of all the double periods but I did get to skip moral due to house deco meeting. however, in the second period pn jamaliah was pissed at all the people who went for meeting and apparently so was cik zakiah.
during english however I got a splitting headache which nearly killed me. luckily ms tye gave me panadol and I slept throughout her class. this is what happens when I don't sleep the night before. I didn't miss much anyway, there were talking about pre-marital sex. HAHA.

I hardly had anytime to do my tuition hw today coz of house deco meeting during lunch and also during tutorial we were talking to ms kaniya plus I had cheer after school then right after I came home, showered and ate, I had tuition already. yep, I was swamped today.

then after tuition, yuen asked if she could borrow a book that was high up on a shelf. so I reached up without using a chair then she HAD to say: AHHHH! It's going to fall!!!

haha this is what we do during bm. the hotel would be min hua's which consists of my spa in the hotel and which katt's ikan bakar restaurant on the roof. plus our bank is in the hotel as well. the helicopter is min hua's, the limo is katt's and the yacht is mine. why does mine have to be a yacht? :(

have I mentioned how much I despise drawing? why? because I have to erase my mistakes over and over again until I get it right. haha. this is why I dropped art and also because I can't draw to save my life, seriously.

either ways I'm happy with my art work and designing :) hopefully it'll turn out nice and as expected. games carnival is approaching and so is the next monthly test. joy......

do you know what destroys a person?

CARING

just plain simple caring. just by caring your world just falls down around you. so I've decided to not have a care in the world. if it happens, it happens. if it was meant to be, it'll be. I don't wanna be the person I've been lately so I'm going to close my eyes, tolerate, have patience and hopefully, obtained a little peace and enlightenment.

tomorrow's a holiday! well, not so much coz there's sports practice for games carnival so I'm going to school from 8-10 in the morning to play volleyball. haha yes katt, I'm joining and I'll be going against you :( then later at 2 I've got tuition with yuen, then later on maybe dinner to celebrate my mum's birthday. sadly gee-ee, gee-tiao & lisa ain't here to celebrate with us. sa-ee's here though but I don't think she'll join us for dinner. so it'll just be the 3 of us.

btw, my new layout is so pretty :) courtesy of hazrul who taught me where and how to get it done during accounts class. HAHA. had initial problems about the font size coz it was so tiny but now it's all okay.

now I'm going to do accounts and add math work. oh, maybe I'll try to upload pictures from tanjung jara.

anyway, i got my exam papers back and i did very badly in science. sigh and mr sheat wants to see me to ask me why i did so badly. what am i going to say? i suppose the truth would be the best. as for others i did so so but not good enough and certainly not good enough for my mum. i havent told her yet. but i'm proud of my bm coz i definitely improved :) i hope i can maintain it and as for the rest of the subjects, i definitely need to buck up. and i will, I WILL STUDY. haha very funny.

stayed back today for a captain's meeting with the teachers about rules for games carnival which is on the 28th of march till 2nd of april.

my neighbour got robbed last night so now my mum's all scared and paranoid so i'm getting a panic button installed in my room and i get to bring my phone upstairs to sleep now. haha. funny.

came back from tanjung jara this evening. feeling so lazy to go to school tomorrow but thank god it's only for 3 days then holiday for 4 days again :D

yesterday started out as a perfectly normal day. In the morning I went for dim sum at ritz carlton with lisa and her family along with my youngest uncle and aunty on my dad's side. the meal was alright but I don't know why I seem to be eating less and less everyday now.

after that all of us went to klcc where I bought.......................... *drum roll*




I've been waiting for these pair of pumps since forever. the original price was rm 300+ but after 60% discount, the price was only rm 100+. so obviously I grabbed it. I would've been crazy not to get it right? so I did :D

I wanted a really, really, really pretty guess bag but mummy wouldn't let me get it. she says I have too many which is so NOT true :(

after that we went to Ijok, Kuala Selangor to have dinner. yes, the name sounds funny and we came up with many pronunciations for it like:

i) eat chok - means eat porridge in cantonese.
ii) it's a joke - the place is a joke
iii) he choked - he ate porridge then he choked. HAHAHA.

lame, I know but that's what my family does. so anyway, while we were eating dinner, it the wind started blowing furiously. it was an open air coffee shop. so the customers who were sitting at the side of the place started moving inside to where there was more shelter. Suddenly, the rain started pouring heavily and there was lightning along with thunder. I could tell that the wind was very strong coz I could see the campaign banners and buntings flying all over the place. I sat there, quietly and I was scared. I honestly was. The rain started beating in and the floor got wet.

This carried on for 15 minutes then to complete the night, the whole place went pitch BLACK. then came the thunder and guess who screamed? yes, yours truly :) lisa had to clam me down while I was closing my eyes as tightly as I could and praying that it'll all be okay. Hey, I admit it, I'm afraid of the dark as well as loud sounds.

5 minutes later the lights came back on but the rain was still pouring heavily. We sat there for quite sometime, stranded and I was clutching onto my phone and perdagangan notes for dear life. HAHA. part of me wanted to be stranded there longer so that I could go back late and have the excuse that I'm too tired to go to school the next day then I get to skip perdagangan exam! but..... I really really wanted to go home. haha.

We finally left as the rain started to subside. when I was young I used to think that when it rained it was as if the sky was peeing :p hahahhahahah. in my defense, I was only 5 :)

I slept at 3 that night. no, not because I was scared. I was studying horrible horrible perdagangan.

The paper today was not exactly great. I'll be lucky if I even get a A2 :(
