There aren't enough hours in a day :(
A quarter of my brain is screaming ACCOUNTS! Another quarter is screaming ECONOMICS! The other quarter screaming COMMERCE! The last quarter screaming RELAX! sigh, it's a battle of thoughts every single damn day and let me tell you it is exhausting as hell.
At least I achieved something for pdgn today which was to finish one miserable chapter. Then it was off to PJ Hilton for Japanese food :) Unfortunately it was back to hitting the books. And now, it's another day gone, damn.
"she was running. her lungs were burning; a stitch had developed at her side. still she powered down the slippery slope, crashing through thick brush, jumping over rotting logs, careening over boulders. it was a suicidal pace. she could twist an ankle, plummet over a ledge, crash into a tree, or suffer things that would be much, much worse but she didn't slow down. she was still tearing forward at full throttle, trying to pick out the trail in the fading light. then, she came into a clearing in the woods and she realised, she was too late. exhausted, she slumped onto a nearby rock. the sound hit her all at once. the constant, building thrum. the deep vibrations of dozens upon dozens of rattlesnakes. she just sat there, perfectly frozen, while all around her the shadows of the rocks uncurled into the shapes of snakes."
